At Fine Frame Gallery we represent a variety of local and regional artists.... Here are the artists that we are currently featuring.

Sam Rigling
--OUR CURRENTLY FEATURED ARTIST-- Many of Rigling's paintings exhibit an undercurrent of humor depicting small fragments of the “human comedy.” Scenes in his paintings often depict bar scenes, conversation or parties. He has participated in many one-man and group shows, winning many honors and fans. Galleries throughout North America have represented Sam. Fine Frame Gallery has been selling his work for over 15 years and is pleased to represent such a fine artist. His paintings are in collections in Canada, the U.S., Japan, and Europe.

Marina Konovalova-Bare
- Marina enjoys painting and drawing in many mediums. Her favorite is oil painting, using expressive realism as her style. Marina captures the play of sunlight in her compositions both with water reflections and shadows played out in her garden, floral and building scenes. Marina prefers the old school colors and techniques. Now 26, she lives in Salisbury, NC.
Cara Reische - Cara J. Reische, born in 1967 in Stamford, CT, has been painting professionally since the age of 18. She finished high school at the NC School of the Arts, studied overseas in Italy, then earned her BFA at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1990. Cara paints primarily on commission, anything from portraits - both people and pets - to landscapes to abstracts. As the Arts are ever-evolving, she enjoys a challenge and sees each painting as an avenue for growth.
Phyllis Steimel - Phyllis was born in Rochester, NY and graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Her paintings can be found in collections across the United States. "Color is the driving force, and is the speaker for the painting. It is within the artist’s grasp to push the limits of Mother Nature…. to spruce her up a bit….and paint her lavishly."
Robert Richard Toth - Robert has been a full time professional artist since graduating from the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Art in 1966.  His post graduate studies were at the Art Students League, NYC, and the Cape School of Art with Henry Hensche, Provincetown, MA.  Accomplished in all media, his work is in many collections and museums throughout the world.  He has lived in Salisbury, NC since 1995.
